PCR-matrix (48 wells) for screening sample for the presence of GMO (genetic elements based detection)

  • pre-filled PCR matrix with long shelf life (48 reactions) for sample testing for the presence of genetically modified organisms of plant origin by genetic elements of inserts (detection+identification)
  • simultaneous identification of 4 lines of genetically modified crops in plant tissues (in seed, grain, green parts), mixed samples and processed GMO (food, feed) - (maize MZIR 098, rapeseed GT73, rice LLRICE62 and soybean CV-127-9)
  • detection of 32 genetic elements of constructs most common in genetically modified crops (sense, promoters, terminators and selective markers)
  • estimation of species identity (ten species) of the sample
  • covers over 90% of all transformation events approved worldwide
