GMO: maize

PCR-matrix (48 wells) for testing sample for the presence of genetically modified maize (detection + identification)

  • pre-filled PCR matrix with long shelf life (48 reactions) for sample testing for the presence of genetically modified maize (detection+identification)
  • simultaneous identification of 17 lines of genetically modified maize in plant tissues (in seed, grain, green parts), mixed sample and processed GMO (food, feed), including all lines authorised in the Russian Federation
  • detection of 24 genetic elements of constructs most common in GM-maize (sense, promoters, terminators and selective markers)
  • estimation of species identity of the sample
  • covers ~90% of all transformation events of maize approved worldwide
